Kim is a National Account Manager for the Nurse Case Management Division at HealthCare Scouts. She believes that the relationship she builds with her clients and candidates is top priority in completing a day's work. Being able to find the right fit for both the client and candidate makes her job that much more rewarding and worthwhile. Kim earned her degree in Hospitality Management and transfers those skills to her work with both clients and candidates. "I understand that at the end of the day both the client and candidate have to be happy. This is the most important aspect in making the right career fit."

Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends and of course the Florida sunshine. She also enjoys working out, going to the beach, and living each day to the fullest. Kim also has a passion for shopping!
