Tyler Schuster is the Managing Director of the Case Management Division for Healthcare Scouts. Tyler works with new clients to place highly qualified candidates on a national level. Tyler enjoys his leadership role within the organization and representing the firm at many national conferences across the United States, including the annual CMSA conference.

Born in Boulder, Colorado, Tyler was raised in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, home of the Players Championship Golf event. Tyler received his Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and had a successful career in sales for a National Distributing Co. before joining Healthcare Scouts. Tyler has a passion for the Healthcare industry and it is recognized by both clients and candidates.

In his spare time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife Rayna, hanging out with family, friends, and his dog, Jake. He also keeps very active by playing basketball, football, golf, and running.
