As the Director of Finance & Operations, Katarina Dvorecky oversees all aspects of the financial, accounting, operations and administration functions of Healthcare Scouts. Katarina can relate to the pressures felt by today’s healthcare financial professionals as they seek to balance patient care and profitability. Katarina realizes that investing in the right people can make a major difference on both patient care and bottom line financials. “Often people fail to realize the cost of an unfilled position, not only from a patient care standpoint, but also from the standpoint of lost productivity and moral within the facility. Katarina Dvorecky was born in Bratislava, Slovakia and relocated to the United States at the age of 10. “Having not spoken English when I arrived in the United States, and overcoming this challenge, has given me the drive to succeed.” Katarina attended the University of Central Florida where she received a Bachelors of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing and also holds an MBA.

In her spare time Katarina enjoys the outdoors, traveling, reading, and shopping.
