How does permanent placement through Healthcare Scouts work?

New employees are placed with client companies for a competitive percentage, based on their first year salary, paid directly to Healthcare Scouts by the client company-not the job candidate. The right fit is so important to us that we offer an unsurpassed candidate replacement guarantee. During this time, a candidate may be replaced through Healthcare Scouts at no additional charge.
